An automated dog feeder

the dogs need a feeder that keeps out rats and mice

it needs to be:

• sturdy to withstand the dogs
• should not be be able to topple over
• should be easily refillable
• provide cover from rain / snow so the food doesn't get wet
• does not obstruct a dog's hearing whilst he is eating
• dispenses in portions that are not too large - avoiding food waste

write below points at which the task would be considered as completed
