Pickled Chard stalks
Ingredients
- Chard stalks
- Garlic
- Vinegar
- Mustard seeds
Method
- Wash the stalks
- Sterilize jars
- Fill jars with stalks
- Finely chop garlic
- Cover stalks with vinegar, garlic, mustard seeds and vinegar
- Seal jars and boil upside down in water for 2 to 4 minutes
