Traductions Wiki - Un Guide

Un moyen de garder notre projet aussi accessible que possible est d'avoir notre information wiki disponible dans différentes langues.

Chacun peut aider à traduire nos pages wiki.

Déterminez si il y a une quelconque traduction que tu voudrais faire en regardant les tickets ouverts

Très important: Les pages principales sont en Anglais- Les traductions devraient TOUJOURS avoir s'effectuer de l'anglais vers une langue secondaire.

Il y a 3 types de tickets:

• Traduire - cela signifie qu'il n'existe pas de traduction existante pour les pages liées dans le ticket.
• Vérifier une traduction - cela signifie qu'il y a déjà une traduction complète qui a besoin d'être vérifiée en terme de précision.
• Mettre à jour une traduction - cela signifie qu'il y a déjà une traduction mais que la page principale a été mise à jour depuis sa création.

1. S'enregistrer sur le wiki - Cela vous donnera le droit à l'édition de ces wiki.
2. S'enregistrer sur le Système de Gestion de Projet - si vous avez besoin d'aide avec ceci lisez ceci
3. Envoyer un courriel à Aimee / Chef de Projet pour être ajouté au Projet de Traduction
4. Vous recevrez un courriel en retour avec confirmation que vous avez bien été ajouté en tant que membre de l'équipe (traduction),si vous voulez aider avec la coordination des traductions demandez au chef de projet pour un cours sur le sujet et vous serez ajouté en tant que chef d'équipe sur le projet.

1. Ouvrir le ticket / problème sur lequel vous voudriez travailler.
2. Cliquez sur éditer et ajouter votre nom près des pages sur lesquelles vous allez travailler, s'il vous plaît marquez seulment 2 en même temps ainsi nous ne rencontrons pas de problème dans le cas une autre personne souhaiterait aider ausii. Très Important - Soumettre / Enregistrer le problème avant de commencer à traduire assurera que nous ne travaillons pas tous sur les mêmes pages et perdre un temps précieux.

1. Now you have one or more pages that you are working on, open the first page you want to work on.
2. Near the search bar top right there is a Flag icon.
3. Click on it to find the language you want to work on.
   1. For a Translate task, a new page will load stating that the page you are trying to access does don't exist - this is normal and expected. When you click on create page it will automatically draw in the English version to help you with the translation. When you have finished translating delete the Fix me please notification from the top of the page and make sure you click save before leaving the page.
   2. For an Update task, the translated page will load and you will need to open the English version on a separate tab in order to compare the two version. V. imp remember: You are translating from English to a secondary language
   3. For a Checking task, he translated page will load and you will need to open the English version on a separate tab in order to compare the two version. V. imp remember: You are checking from English to a secondary language

If you have made it up to here, thank you so much for your time and effort! Only a couple more steps and you are done!

1. Open the ticket / issue you have been working on
2. Click on edit and make the pages you have completed
3. If you would like to continue translating you can mark the next 2 pages you would like to do.
4. V. Important - Submit / Save the issue before you leave the page.

I have accidentally edited / deleted / ruined an existing page, how do I revert back the changes? No problem, go on the page where you need to revert back the changes, click on the little clock icon under edit page this will open the Old Revisions page for that particular page, pick a version and retrieve the lost parts that you need into the current version (good old copy & paste).
