2nd September 2021 - Architect & Aimee went to see the finca
16th September 2021 - meeting with the owner
26th September 2021 - 2nd visit to the finca
4th October 2021 - first meeting with the lawyer to draft promise of sale
22nd October 2021 - consultation re total oxidization tank
31st October 2021 - 3rd visit to the finca
15th November 2021 - 3rd appointment with the lawyer - Signed Promise of Sale!
23nd November 2021 - Aimee moved to the finca with Black & Moomoo
27th November 2021 - Anton moved to the finca
25th January 2022 - Received 1st quote for hot water installation at 2,500€ without filters
11th March 2022 - Solar Hot water working in the bathroom and the kitchen!
10th April 2022 - sowing of green manure completed
