As we struggle to make the project self sustainable, community members (R & A) will meet for a couple of hours once a week to work on Income Generation ideas and practical tasks.

- Checked whether a licence is needed for short term lets: from searches on the internet this doesn't appear to be the case
- Found a tile layer and called him to get a quote
- Average price for similar properties in the area, we decided Eur 75 per day per room would be a fair price
