An automated dog feeder
the dogs need a feeder that keeps out rats and mice
it needs to be:
- sturdy to withstand the dogs
- should not be be able to topple over
- should be easily refillable
- provide cover from rain / snow so the food doesn't get wet
- does not obstruct a dog's hearing whilst he is eating
- dispenses in portions that are not too large - avoiding food waste
