Vegan Chocolate Raspberry Cake

250ml Soy milk 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar

250g Plain flour 150g Sugar 3 tsp Baking powder 2 tbsp Cocoa powder 2 tsp Vanilla sugar

75ml Vegetable oil 1 tbsp Margarine

150g Raspberries from the forest

1. Preheat the oven to 220C 2. Combine vinegar and soy milk in a small bowl 3. Combine the the sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, oil and vanilla 4. Add the soy milk/vinegar mixture 5. Fold in the raspberries 6. Pour the mixture into the baking tin 7. Bake around 20-25 min
