Vegan Chocolate Raspberry Cake

Ingredients
- 250ml Soy milk
- 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 250g Plain flour
- 150g Sugar
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder/ some chocolate chips
- 2 tsp Vanilla sugar
- 75ml Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Margarine
- 150g Raspberries from the forest
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220C
- Combine vinegar and soy milk in a small bowl
- Combine the sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder or chocolate, oil, melted margarine and vanilla
- Add the soy milk/vinegar mixture
- Fold in the raspberries
- Pour the mixture into the baking tin (roughly 20×30 cm)
- Bake around 20-25 min
