There is not much Internet bandwidth here so we should handle it responsibly.

General Guidelines for times where a lot of people are using the Internet (around 18:00 to 24:00):

• Youtube/Streaming for educational purposes only
• no big updates
• no P2P
• no music streaming
• no big downloads

Outside of these times you can use it.
