Iced mint tea

• collect mint from the garden (the amount will depend on the size jugs you want to produce, about a handful for each 1ltr jug should be enough)
• boil water
• put in mint leaves
• let cool down
• add sugar to taste
• pour into jugs without the leaves
• leave in the fridge until you need to serve

Serve in a glass with ice with a slice of lemon & enjoy
