We're lucky to be hosting Dyana Carrins from [[https://www.facebook.com/inspiredyogi/?fref=ts|Inspired Yogi]] and she'll be running a Meditation & Dreamboard workshop for [[veintidos:start|Veintidós]]

Come join us for a session of meditation and workshop to build your very own dreamboard. 

All you need to bring is yourself, some coloured pens, a couple of magazines (with pictures) and a yoga mat or towel.

The session will be donation based.

Ven y únete a nosotros para una sesión de meditación y un taller para hacer tu propio dreamboard.

Todo lo que necesita es a tí mismo, algunos lápices de colores, un par de revistas (con fotos) y una estera de yoga o una toalla.
