The 2 Day Silent Meditation Retreat is an intensive meditation retreat designed to quiet the mind and provide a break from the every day hustle of the city.

The retreat is suitable both for beginners and advanced practitioners of meditation.

During the retreat you will experience various methods from different traditions, such as Tibetan Buddhism and Sufism.

The retreat is offered by our community members at Kuckucksmühle, a historical water mill not too far away from  Berlin, we are lucky to be surrounded by beautiful countryside. It is offered monthly and you can view upcoming dates below.

**The 2 day retreat fee of Eur 150 includes:** 

  * accommodation in a private or shared room depending on availability
  * 3 healthy vegetarian meals a day 
  * all workshops and materials 
  * lifts to and from Wittstock Dosse or Liebenthal (OPR) train stations
  * use of the facilities at Kuckucksmühle
