-Reached from Lanjaron by about 5 km of asphalted road en 2 km track, two large plots of land.
-The first has well built two level country house (cortijo). The top floor is 60m2 with living room, kitchen and two bedrooms and a living room, with a front terrace. The lower level has a large storeroom for agricultural use, a smaller storeroom, and a shower room. The cortijo was built in 1958, and is of sound construction with modern materials. Directly beside the cortijo is a large water deposit, of 8m by 5m and 4m deep.
-The land consists of a larger plot of more than two hectares, of which 1.8 hectare is olive land,  200 centenary olive trees and a number of younger trees, yielding around 10,000 to 18,000 kilos of olives annually.
-Adjacent to the olive land, and separated from it by the access track, is a hill terraced for almond cultivation, of a little more than 7,000m2 yielding around 1,000 kilos of almonds annually.
-Electricity is connected (220V, 3kW) and can be upgraded to 5kW.
-Drinking water from the town is possible but not connected yet.
-Every Sunday 6 hours of irrigation water through the acequia is available.
