Everyone who is interested in IT or sustainable ecological living and wants to come with an open mind and urge to help, discuss, hack, chill and socialize is welcome to join us. We hold this event regularly, at least once a month.

We are not financed by the government or any other associations... [[ecohackerfarm:donations|Donations]] are welcome and encouraged.

==== Environmental data logging and evaluation ====

We still don't have an infrastructure, how we log all our data, but we should think about it. Specify what infrastructure we need and what software we want to use and work on that.

==== Building up more infrastructure ====

We have new router and for that a free machine for all our digital local services.
  * setup internal server machine with debian
  * setup FarmOS on docker container
  * setup docker for syncronizing dokuwiki
  * setup grafana in docker
  * decide which open source IOT plattform we set up and set it up in docker

On the new router we still have to do:
  * configure OPNSense router for our needs

Or get an introduction into powerplant and help developing [[powerplant:start|power plant]].

We have also a various of other topics to work on, but this is our focus at the moment.

==== Maintain existing infrastructure ====

  * Review the infrastructure state (documentation vs running, add documentation)
  * Backup & Update core systems

===== Travel, Arrive and Stay =====

**Please [[kuckucksmuehle@ecohackerfarm.org|get in contact with us]] beforehand so we can easily plan when people need to get from the train station, a room or additional food/drinks/stuff.**

If you can please bring a sleeping bag. In winter we only have space in shared rooms.

===== Hardware =====

We don't have enough Laptops/Computers for everybody:** Bring your own Device!**

We always need hardware for the projects. You are invited to bring what ever you think can be useful. E.g Cat Cables, Mini USB Cables, SD-Cards, raspberries, 220V to usb converters, multiple socket outlets, arduinos, flying cameras, motors, sensors etc. Network cables would be great too!
