Potable water is available free from the town - but has to be brought in canisters from Lanjaron at the moment. This is a residency-style program designed for individuals interested in learning about regenerative farming, permaculture design, and developing sustainable income streams within the context of an eco-friendly farm. Fellows will gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship, and contribute to income-generating projects to help support the farm’s ongoing regeneration efforts. [[finca_verde:land_stewardship|Land Stewards Programme]] === Governance === The resident team meet monthly to discuss the following: * financial health check * roundup of last month's activities * next steps Volunteers are welcome to attend if they wish. We make decisions using a consent-based method called the [[projects:inclusive_decision_making_process|inclusive decision-making process]], which uses sociocratic principles. === Work management === We use Gitlab for tracking and assigning work, the permanent residents will be using this system, the volunteers will not be required to use it.
