====== Guided Meditation Services ======

Community members provide paid services to 3rd parties in order to keep the project going. By using our services you are not only supporting and providing a livelihood of the member supplying the service but you are also supporting the project.

===== Individual Guided Meditation Sessions =====

One hour sessions to help focus your energy and release accumulated stress. 

This service includes: 

  * an introduction to meditation
  * breathing exercises
  * guided meditation session
  * post meditation discussion

€25 for an individual session, held outside. 

===== Group Guided Meditation Sessions =====

Two hour sessions to help focus your energy and release accumulated stress. 

This service includes: 

  * an introduction to meditation
  * breathing exercises
  * guided meditation session
  * post mediation discussion 

€50 per person, held outside. Groups of max 10 people.
