Peel the cucumbers and deseed them
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius
Liquidize the cucumbers with 100 ml of cooking oil
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients
Add the cucumber puree and the rest of the cooking oil
Mix well and pour into cupcake trays
Bake for 20 min
If you are making a loaf instead of cupcakes bake for an hour
