Kale Salad Dressing

Kale

Garlic

Unsweetened yogurt / plain salad dressing

Lemon juice

Wash and chop the kale in small pieces

Peel garlic cloves

Blend garlic, kale and yogurt together until smooth

Add more garlic to taste

Add lemon juice to taste

Serve cold - keep in the fridge
