==== ‘Sopreesas de Sobra….an afternoon of getting funky with food and friends ====

Please join us for a Sunday lunch with a special twist. A workshop to explore every person's ability to create delicious food.

Cooking and sharing food is one of the best ways to bring people together. The very foundation of community, society and culture in humanity was fuelled by people gathering together around food. This Sunday at Veintidos you can come and take part in a creative workshop that explores the joy of creating and sharing meals.

This weekend we have a visitor to the project, //Mary Pike//, who has worked for several years with the Food Cycle organisation in the UK. Every week they collect food that would otherwise go to waste from local shops and create an imaginative meal, reducing food waste, providing a meal accessible to those in need and encouraging creativity and community.

**We will be following the same idea to source food for an interactive fun afternoon of cooking and eating. The cooking workshop will begin at 12:00 and the meal will be served at around 14:00**

**This event is run on a donation basis with a suggested donation of €5 - €10 per person to cover costs of anything we need to purchase and a donation to the Veintidos permaculture project.**

Also, anyone who //can bring a musical instrument or anything else to enhance the atmosphere// please do - all talents are welcome and sharing is encouraged. We have a guitar to start you off but no one who can play!!!

Finally, if anyone would like to join us for an excursion to the local shops **//Saturday evening//**, we will be heading out on our hunt around 20:00. A Spanish speaker would be a great asset! If you have any surplus of your own to bring along then please do. Nothing will be wasted, we will find someone to eat every last bit!

==== ‘Sorpresas de Sobra….una tarde de buen rollo con comida y amigos’ ====

Unete a nosotros este Domingo para un almuerzo con giro. Un taller para explorara las habilidades de cada uno para crear deliciosos platos.

Cocinar y compartir comida es una de las mejores formas de reunir a la gente. Las bases de la comunidad, la sociedad y la cultura se impulsaron por gente reunida alrededor de la comida.
Este domingo puedes venir a Ventidos y participar en un creativo taller que explorara la alegría de crear y compartir almuerzos.

Este fin de semana visita el proyecto, Mary Pike, que ha trabajado durante muchos años con la organización  Food Cycle en UK. Cada semana recogen comida que de otra manera se habría desperdiciado de tiendas locales y crean un almuerzo creativo, reduciendo desperdicios y ofrece un almuerzo accesible a la par que fomenta la creatividad y la comunidad.

**Seguiremos la misma manera de conseguir comida en una tarde divertida de cocinar y comer. El taller comenzara a las 12:00 y la comida se servirá sobre las 14:00.

Este evento funciona en base a donaciones, entre 5 y 10€ por persona para cubrir los gastos de todo lo que se necesite comprar y una donación para el proyecto de Permacultura Veintidós.**

Por ultimo, si cualquiera quiere venir con nosotros de excursión a las tiendas locales, nuestra caza comenzara el sábado por la tarde sobre las 20:00, !alguien que hable español seria un gran fichaje!, si quieres contribuir con algo de comida, !por favor hazlo!. !No se desperdiciara nada, encon-traremos alguien que se coma hasta el ultimo bocado!
