====== Kale Salad Dressing ======

===== Ingredients =====

  * Kale
  * Garlic
  * Unsweetened yogurt / plain salad dressing
  * Lemon juice

===== Method =====

  * Wash and chop the kale in small pieces
  * Peel garlic cloves
  * Blend garlic, kale and yogurt together until smooth
  * Add more garlic to taste
  * Add lemon juice to taste
  * Serve cold - keep in the fridge
