Log in per ssh to the server: **antares.uberspace.de**

//(you need of course the credentials, which you not get if we don't trust you a lot ;) )//

run
  tar zcpfv ~/backup/dokuwiki/`date +%Y-%m-%d`.tar.gz /var/www/virtual/`whoami`/wiki.ecohackerfarm.org/
for a backup and then go in the admin area of the Dokuwiki and click "Upgrade Wiki" and click through the dialogues.
