Basic costs include all costs that are necessary for the project to run these can include but are not limited to:

  * Infrastructure costs
    * Server
    * Domain
    * Internet

If the project is a local project ie with a location this would also include:

  * Accommodation & food costs
    * Rent (if applicable)
    * Water
    * Electricity 
    * Food
