======What is Kuckucksmühle?======

Kuckucksmühle (Cuckoo Mill) is a historical water mill in the North East of Germany ([[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brandenburg|Brandenburg]] Federal State). We aim to restore the mill and its outbuildings, set up a [[hackerspace]] / [[https://wiki.hackerspaces.org/w/index.php?title=Hackbase|Hackbase]] and [[:permaculture|permaculture]] farm.

Kuckucksmühle is part of the [[:start|Eco Hacker Farm]] project.

=====Who is it for?=====

Anyone who shares these [[:ideals|ideals]] is welcome to participate online or on site in the ongoing projects.

=====What goes on at the location?=====

We would like people to come, share their knowledge and participate in community activities linked to restoration of the old mill and its outbuildings, gardening, digital and hardware infrastructure, organizing and planning the future.

We encourage our visitors and volunteers to learn more about Permaculture and have a [[kuckucksmuehle:permaculture_library|collection of books]] on site to do so.

We currently receive no financial support from governmental bodies, foundations, or other NGOs. Make a [[kuckucksmuehle:donations|donation]] to support us.
